Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your order safely and as promptly as possible. Availability, fees, and timing are confirmed when the order is approved, based on stock and the delivery address.
Delivery coverage
Orders are handled from our store in Damascus – Al-Halbouni. Delivery within Syria may be arranged when shipping is available for your address; coverage, fees, and estimated timing are confirmed before dispatch. We do not promise fixed nationwide coverage or a single delivery time for every area.
Order processing time
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after confirmation, depending on stock availability. Orders containing special items or large quantities may require additional time — we will notify you before dispatch.
Shipping fees
- Delivery charges depend on your area and the weight or size of the shipment, and are confirmed before dispatch.
- Shipping fees for your address are shown or communicated when the order is confirmed.
- Bulk and corporate orders: shipping costs are included in your quotation where applicable.
Receiving your order
Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours. To check the status of a shipment, visit My Orders in your account or contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
